Vassals
House Corbin
The Corbin family, a small clan of eccentric hunters beholden to House Blackwood. Nicknamed “Blackwood’s Raven’s” are known for their almost supernatural ability to leap across the sky, clad in armor that gives them a raven-like visage, and descend upon their foes, lance at the ready. Before gaining their status as a lesser house, House Blackwood employed them for an extermination job: Ridding the Whispering Wood of a dragon and its hatchlings. As a reward, and seeing their value as combatants, The Corbins were awarded with land and title under one condition: House Blackwood would be their one and only benefactors.
Led by Armand Corbin, he ensures the family remains close knit and loyal to House Blackwood. However, even after 50 years of service, he refuses to reveal his family’s secrets as a means to keep their status secure.
Recently, The Corbin Family sent their two youngest hunters, Simon and Roland, to the Imperial Academy as both a formality to keep their employer happy, and to give them a taste of the outside world.
